Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment
• Partner with our Talent Specialists and Hiring Managers to coordinate high volume interviews
• Ensure a seamless experience to our internal talents / external candidates as they go through interview journey
• Priorities, organize, and manage multiples schedules and projects efficiently under tight timeline and fast-paced environment
• Follow up post-interview feedback from Hiring Manager and candidates on timely manner
• Manage and maintain accurate talent database/reports on daily basis
• The administrator for DFS career page and local job board; ensure job adverts are well formatted and attractive before posting
• Support adhoc projects upon request

• Learning & Development
• Work with our L&D Manager to organize training activities with internal parties and vendors
• Coordinate logistical support for L&D training events including managing communications, venue reservations as well as other related on-site support
• Consolidate data from regular L&D Training Needs Analysis
• Maintain training calendar the database of learning resources
Key Requirements:

• Proactive and customer focused, who takes initiatives and follows-through in reliable manner
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and data savvy
• Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines
• Experienced in coordination, scheduling, and great communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Diploma or above
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
