H.B. Fuller is looking for a Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner to provides strategic insights considering external market implications. Leads large cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
Give support and guidance to local/regional business leaders regarding HR practices and business performance, facilitate training and present to leaders as needed. This individual will be expected to efficiently manage multiple complex or larger scope projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with others on cross-functional and/or global/regional teams to execute strategic plans. The Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner uses HR systems and analytics to understand business issues and recommend course correction, generating ideas and introducing new concepts and HR processes. This position will report to the HR Manager for LATAM.
