Purpose of the Role:
As part of the wider HR team the HR Business Partner will support a division or business contract. The core role involves advising and coaching on people related issues, ensuring all relevant policies are followed and implementation of HR related activities across the division all with the ultimate aim of supporting the operation to deliver their goals. The People Partner will work with Team Leaders, Operations Managers and the Head of the Departments on daily basis, as well as supporting wider cross business projects.
