About the role

You are a Business Partner to the line managers and their teams in your geographical area. You drive the actions to attract, engage, develop and further develop KONE as a great place to work.

The role is based in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe but requires a significant presence in the different branches (Gosselies, Herstal & Foetz).

You will coordinate the full HR-cycle for your region:

  • By working closely with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development you ensure the right talents are attracted, developed and retained

  • Partner with Unions, Workers' Council and employees' representatives

  • Support, advise and coach the line managers and their teams in managing employee relations, career development and HR strategy in accordance with the mission, visions and values of KONE

  • From onboarding to offboarding

Profile


​As a successful HR Business Partner you:

  • Have a Master or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Have 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational company

  • Have an experience in Labor relations

  • Remain diplomatic, regardless of the situation. There is a solution for everything, and you try to find it

  • Are an organizational talent and you have excellent analytical and coaching skills

  • you have a motivating and enthusiastic personality and you are a confidential advisor with excellent influencing and communication skills

  • Have a Hands-on approach with a strategic insight?

  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English. German is a nice-to-have.
