Job Description
HR Business Partner
+ Support business leaders to identify, motivate, develop and retain key talent for the right job at the right time.
+ Work closely with assigned functions and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes including organizational design and change initiatives.
+ Proactively lead the implementation of the HR process for assigned functions including talent assessment, leadership development, spot recognitions, objective setting, performance management, succession planning, merit/special adjustment/bonus review, engagement survey as well as other agenda cascaded from global.
+ Collaborate and coordinate with HRCOE and HR Operation to implement HR initiatives support of the business.
Labor Relationship
+ Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
+ Manage PIP process and handle employee complaints or labor disputes.
+ Promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance with regards to company policy and relevant employment laws through consulting, coaching, presentations, and training.
Employee Engagement & Communication
+ Lead mini-survey and any other employee satisfaction survey, conduct analysis, facilitate action planning and follow up the implementation.
+ Coordinate with all sites and lead the implementation of engagement activities to help build company culture and create favorable working environment.
+ Develop and facilitate comprehensive internal communications and social media strategies/events along with recruitment to improve employer branding both internally and externally.
+ Other special HR tasks assigned by HR Manager
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources management or related.
Experience and Skill Requirements
Seven years or above solid experience in HR function, including 3 years HRBP experience in manufacturing MNC.
• Deep understanding of HR management process including attracting, developing, managing and retaining talent.
• Solid understanding of China labor law and local labor regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and self initiative.
• Strong capability to translate business/HR vision into executable action plan.
• Flexible, able to cope with the change and comfortable to handle risks and uncertainties.
• Strong facilitation, analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a matrix organization
• Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, mature and able to independently work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
