Summary of Responsibilities
Provide overall support for assigned Talent Administration processes. Provide research, analysis and resolutions on existing issues and provide analysis and recommendations for continuous process improvements.
Scope of the role is Benelux however this will evolve into a European role.
Coordinate and administer requests and inquiries on talent administration and work with employees/managers to investigate and resolve on time and within established policies, procedures, and performance criteria for delivering HR services.
Recruiting & New Hire onboarding processes :
Handle recruitment and candidates sourcing process, in cooperation with Site HR.
Initiate job postings on internal/external career pages, job boards and social media.
Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and assist with employer branding initiatives.
Schedule interviews, assessment(s), logistics with internal/external candidates.
Conduct initial applicants’ screening. Generate/revise job offer details, offer letter and/or employment contracts and send to relevant parties (i.e., hiring manager, candidate).
Coordinate and administer agency temps, time credit, parental leave, early retirement, etc.
Prepare and conduct new hire onboarding (pre-start date) activities and introduction.
Learning & Development processes
Assist in preparing standard training materials for HR related topics.
Conduct training needs analysis and organize logistic support for training session
Coordinate the translation process of training materials.
Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee training data for reporting.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Languages or equivalent.
Passion for talent management, recruiting, welcoming new colleagues and learning and development.
Friendly and energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic and technological organization.
Change: adapt easily to the situation or environment.
Social media literate (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and strong computer skills.

Fluent in Dutch, English and French. Any other European language is an asset.
