About the Company:

Our client is a well known education business which was established in 2001 on a vision of academic excellence with over 45,000 students attending the schools and 2,100 employees.

With the expansion of business, they created a new headcount for a HR Head/ Director/Manager to set up their HR operation for their International School in dongguan.

About the job:

  • Set up HR Infrastructure for business and HR structure, in terms of compensation & benefits, salary, revising employment contract and employee handbook, etc.
  • Oversee the HR service functions on matters relating to recruitment & employment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, performance management, training & development
  • Manage the performance management cycle and staff disciplinary matter
  • Handle staff inquiries and internal communications
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of HR related experience required
  • Passionate about education & child's development
  • Candidates from education sector would be an advantage
  • Stationed in dongguan
