We are looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team located in Beijing office, providing HR operational services and support to our employees.You will be reporting directly to the China HR Manager, or a person designated by the aforementioned, for the reporting and functional aspects of this role.

Job Responsibilities

HR Operations and payroll:

  • Act as an internal HR operational services provider and ensure implementation of HR policies and processes, which including but not limited to onboarding, Termination, contract renew, probation evaluation, etc.
  • Closely cooperate with external HR service vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll for all China employees including salary, bonus, supplementary benefits, social insurance and housing fund base adjustment, company benefit, etc.
  • P-file management

HRIS & Metrics Reporting:

  • Local and regional HR intranet content management
  • Local administration of HR relative systems, HR database
  • Establish and maintain of local HR relative reports
  • Ensure HR data quality

Employee Engagement:

  • Participate in the deployment of employee engagement programs, recognition programs to support business goals
  • Support local activities

Preferred Exp: Employee Relations, Payroll, C&B

Min. Education Req: B.A. or equivalent

Languages: English, good written and verbal

Required Software: Proficient MS skill especially for Office365

Work Experience:

  • 3~5 years of HR experience in MNC
  • Good knowledge and understanding of China Labor Law and government policy
  • Excellent communication and people interaction skills
  • A quick learner, strong sense of data accuracy
  • Flexibility with working in a complex international environment
  • Excellent customer service awareness
