HR Generalist Key Skill : Training Calendar, identify , Factory Management, Employee Engagement,Performance Management,Staff welfare
Responsibilities Develop Learning Modules and Leadership Development Program with internal resources and external agencies support.
Prepare the Training Calendar, identify / develop internal and external faculty to build talent capability.
Develop Training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content.
Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline.
Facilitate L&D team in developing training plans at various levels of training from entry level / front-line to leadership development for the senior team.
Build tie-ups with institutes to conduct Management Development Programs.
Build and manage a strong vendor base for training requirements at various levels; track the cost of training and ensure adherence to budget by optimizing administrative costs without adverse impact on quality of training programs
Legal & Statutory Compliances / IR.
Update and maintain various HR policy & Practices
Factory Management, Administrations and Staff welfare.
Performance Management
People Management / Employee Engagement.
