Our Human Resources (HR) professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. The Human Resources function supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.
Implement the annual performance management process including talent review (Leadership Development Experience) across all LoS to ensure effectiveness & efficiency and manage outcomes
Engage key stakeholder relationship to design and execute the process and initiatives e.g. GTS, M&C, L&D
Act as the internal expertise and consultant of smaller/less complex business portfolio on talent & performance areas to enable the business and people strategy, working with Business Unit Leaders/People Partners, LoS HR Leaders/teams
Execute the development initiatives and activities for key talents, working with Learning & Development and other stakeholders
Prepare management reports through metrics to measure progress in Talent & Performance Management
Support the nomination, selection, onboarding, offboarding and alumni activities/projects of global, regional and local talent programmes
Design and review the technology/database for performance and talent information
Reporting Structure & Key Relationship:
Reports to and works with the Hong Kong Talent & Performance Management Leader
Partners within the China/Hong Kong HR function
Maintains strong relationships with the business and Line HR leaders
University degree holder in business, social science, or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Preferably with 1-2 years of talent/performance management experience.
Proactive, detail-minded coupled with strong numerical sense
Open to learning and is comfortable to work in a changing environment
Good team player with strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels and with diverse cultures
Effective project management and organisation skill
Strong client service focus
Keen interest in HR / people development
Strong in MS Office applications including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
