We are looking for a team player who is a strong communicator across all levels of hierarchy and has proven long-term experience as a strategic HR partner for the business in the area of talent management & leadership development.
You bring your expertise in the continuous development and design of our global talent management and learning & development portfolio, with a strong focus on talent & leadership development. Along the hire to retire process, you work on concepts, processes, and training curriculums that support and drive strategic business goals and implement these on a global level
You act as trusted advisor for our Senior Leadership Team as well as for your HR colleagues operating across the globe
You consult and coach on talent attraction & acquisition, talent and leadership development, as well as succession management & placement and follow-up to ensure our established portfolio ensures long term business success
You are responsible at a group-wide level for the creation, delivery and management of learning content, projects and programs from design through implementation
You administer and measure application of learning and program success, including developing metrics for stakeholder groups
You represent our team and portfolio during internal and external events and act as a center of expertise for talent and learning-related topics, queries and initiatives
Actively contribute to the wider Human Resource team’s objectives
Completed degree in economics, psychology or comparable with a strong focus on Human Resources / People Management
Extensive experience (8+ years) in an international HR role or a comparable role within consulting focusing on talent management and leadership development
Conceptual expertise in the area of talent management and leadership development
Hands-on mentality combined with experience working with a global, cloud-based HR system (preferably SAP SuccessFactors – Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Succession)
Strong presentation and communicational skills (written and spoken) in English to be able to provide accurate information and details in a fast-changing environment across all levels of the organization
Analytical skills to benchmark our status quo against market trends and implement lessons learned into our processes and concepts
Exceptional ability to develop, implement and deliver successful and effective training and development programs and activities
Knowledgeable with a variety of learning formats including e-learning, virtual learning environments, and blended learning approaches and proven track record of staying abreast of best practice learning developments
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and adult learning concepts, with a focus on learning solutions design and leadership development
Distinct and advanced facilitation skills for workshop moderation and with a proven track record presenting in front of a larger audience (incl. C-level)
Change Management skills and experience in accompanying transformation initiatives and designing change processes
Able to promote collaborative relationships at all levels in the organization with demonstrated interpersonal skills
Ability to travel on occasion
