Dataiku allows enterprises to create value with their data in a human-centered way while breaking down silos and encouraging collaboration. One of the most unique characteristics of our product, Data Science Studio (DSS), is the breadth of its scope and the fact that it caters both to technical and non-technical users. Through DSS, we aim to empower people through data and democratize data science.
As an HR Business Partner, you will join our European team to take over all People related topics for some of our most critical teams: Engineering & Product teams. These teams are mainly based in Paris but with team members all over the world. The main challenges you will have to face will fall in at least the 4 following points:
-How to identify, attract and retain people who will contribute to reinforce our teams and bring added values in their diverse experiences?
-How to prepare the team for scale and devise the most efficient and enabling organization in terms of team size, work distribution and interactions between Product and Engineering teams?
-How to ensure sustained efficiency, delivery and outstanding performance while managing a largely remote team?
-How to create and maintain engagement and cultural fit with our philosophy and core values?
Reporting to the Head of People Operations EMEA, you will partner and coach team members to empower them in their roles, be it as individual contributors or managers.
The successful candidate will be in a position to adapt smoothly and quickly in a multi-cultural and largely tech-driven environment, ensure compliance with our HR processes and local requirements, while partnering with managers to ensure team continuous engagement and performance. This candidate will also act as a true team player and work in close coordination with other members of the People Ops team and with the Global Culture teams.
