Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an dynamic and passionate Human Resources Advisor to join the HR team at the Superpit and Mt Charlotte operations in Kalgoorlie.
This residential opportunity is set on a 5:2/4:3 Roster, working 9.5 hour days, for the duration of a twelve (12) month fixed term contract.
The HR Advisor provides professional advice and support to KCGM's Senior Leaders, Supervisors and Employees, ensuring the best people management practices are maintained, according to KCGM policies and procedures, and adhering to state and federal legislation.
The position possesses a varied portfolio, working across differing areas of the KCGM lease where the successful candidate will have the ability to advise, support and influence our leaders, employees across a variety of employee and industrial relation queries and tasks.
