Senior Human Resources Business Partner (100%) (m/f/d)
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Create and drive a culture of employee engagement to enhance workforce performance and productivity by:
Driving and supporting engagement surveys; partnering with leaders to deliver timely and effective communications; influencing operating mechanisms to ensure alignment with strategic growth plans; recommending and implementing strategies for maintaining a positive work environment; counseling and coaching employees and managers regarding employee relations issues to conclusion in line with company policies and procedures.
Support and drive change management related to the implementation of organisational effective solutions such as: integrations, organizational changes and restructuring.
Drive Talent including through yearly talent tracking and assessment processes. Attract and retain talent at all levels.
Work closely with leaders to identify required competencies, performance levels and appropriate development and training programs. Coach leaders to build people management capabilities.
Work collaboratively as One HR Team with all the components of the HR organization to improve effectiveness, cohesiveness and collaboration and to yield greater results for the businesses.
Partner with other colleagues in Talent Acquisition, HR Service Center.
Actively contributes to integration and harmonization of Country HR practices, policies, terms & conditions and benefits.
This position reports to HR Head Site Bern.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent with technology background, in human resource management, labor law, organizational psychology, business, or related field required.
Further professional education preferred (Master of Advanced Studies).
+7 years' experience in progressive HR Business Partner or HR Business Consultant roles, working in a dynamic global organization.
Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles preferred.
Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes ideally in a biotech environment.
Experience working in a matrix organization with global exposure would be an asset.
Native German speaker and fluent written and spoken English.
