Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As a Human Resources Senior Generalist, you will provide day-to-day guidance, strategic partnership, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and people managers/leaders for the Philippines entities. You will be expected to directly address more complex HR issues with the business, employees, or Human Resources Leader. You will also ensure the uniform and consistent application of company policy, in addition to adhering to local guidelines. With the responsibility of developing and administering effective human relations programs, you will thrive with latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
For this role, you will ideally be an experienced human resource professional, with strong leadership, extensive knowledge of Philippines laws and customs and experience in management of large, high-performing teams. You will be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, communicate effectively, and provide customer service to all levels of internal and external customers. As a bonus, you will stand out if you have previous experience of agile working methodologies.
