Fresh / Established You will be working with a fresh team.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Update our internal databases and records with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting, screening, interviews, checks, offers and onboarding.
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, candidates, management, and clients.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Help prepare HR Related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
Proofread HR documents and policies.
Track and update progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Research on various HR topics. Then organize and present your findings.
Duration Available for a minimum duration of 6 months.
Location Availability for full time (in-office) internship.
Education & Work experience - Relevant degree in HR Management or Business. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment preferred.
Software and Applications- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.
