We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

Requirements

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Update our internal databases and records with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  
• Assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting, screening, interviews, checks, offers and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, candidates, management, and clients.
  
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  
• Help prepare HR Related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
  
• Proofread HR documents and policies.
  
• Track and update progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
  
• Research on various HR topics. Then organize and present your findings.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Duration Available for a minimum duration of 6 months.
  
• Location Availability for full time (in-office) internship.
  
• Education & Work experience - Relevant degree in HR Management or Business. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment preferred.
  
• Software and Applications- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.
  
• Qualities & Capabilities-
