Short Description: L2 engineer to support the Small to Medium scale, multi-dimensional, complex environment. The responsibilities would include managing and administering the Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager tool. You are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Administer IBM Tivoli Monitoring infrastructure components including Omnibus and ITM.
•Knowledge on OS, networking, and firewall concepts.
•Should have working knowledge of Agent Builder.
•Should have working knowledge of Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Agents (TEMA).
•Create/support scripts for the deployment and checking of monitoring in cloud ITM6 environment.
•Produce custom monitoring solutions for new Applications being introduced.
•Basic knowledge of security (SSL, data encryption, GS Kit, system user accounts)
•Basic knowledge of the enterprise wide monitoring capabilities of IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.2.3
•Basic knowledge of protocols including HTTP, LDAP, and SOAP
•Working knowledge of IBM Integrated Services Management Library.
•Basic knowledge of shell and scripting would be an advantage.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
