PAE is supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in providing specialized training, advisory and mentoring services to host nations under the Criminal Division’s International Criminal Investigative Training and Assistance Program (ICITAP). [...] ICITAP is a cornerstone of America’s global strategy for combating transnational crime, terrorism, countering trafficking in persons, establishing rule of law and enhancing human rights in developing countries. PAE is the contract service provider to the DOJ ICITAP and Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT) programs.
Seeking a highly skilled law enforcement advisor to join our team to support of our contract with the US Justice Department’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) in Bangladesh. ICITAP is an international law enforcement development agency with projects around the world.
The incumbent will serve as both a program developer manager / instructor and mentor to the DOJ ICITAP-Bangladesh Countering Wildlife Crime Project. They will be expected to work with Bangladesh Wildlife Trafficking law enforcement to strengthen their interagency capacity, improve collaborative enforcement actions, and increase the capacity of the Government of Bangladesh to investigate, prosecute and adjudicate wildlife crime cases.
Frequent travel to austere locations will be expected. The contract is expected to last up to two years.
In all cases, educational and senior management requirements may be substituted by additional years of law enforcement experience or overseas development experience.
This is an Independent Contractor position with PAE, it should not be considered an employment relationship with PAE.
