Order Fulfillment Management
You will be part of the complex supply chain interacting delivery product to the intercompany customer and supplier globally. You will work closely with the many cross functional team like the product manager & division team on Order Management. This includes order management, managing order changes requested by customers, handling order inquiry and complaints. You are required to analyze and provide report on order status overview (eg: Aging orders, lost in transit etc) , lead the lead and drive cross functional actions to improve order visibility.
You will build credibility and trust with 3M internal and external customers by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness. You will participate in S&OP meetings and proactively identify area for improvement. You will apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations/problem solving.
Key performance indicator includes Order lead time, Inventory Turns and Non-Working Inventory
To support the fast growth of the business in 3M, you may be involved in supporting supply chain activities for a new product line. You will be working closely with the product manager and manufacturing team to implement and execute the operations successfully.
You will also participate and contribute in 3M Sales & Operation Planning, you will be tasked to participate in relevant corporate initiatives and cross functional task force as required.
Degree in Business Supply Chain Management
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Customer Service or Inventory Management and Supply Planning in trading and/or manufacturing
High degree of computer literacy preferably with experience working with ERP or Order Management System
Experience in Export transactions or International trade or supporting international customer base is a plus
Highly proactive in managing and driving improvements and building credibility/trust with 3M customers
Strong analytical capability with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player with ability to work well with other cross-functional team members
Demonstrate maturity, initiative, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and to overcome work challenges
