In our Munich Development Center for high-speed signaling we are developing, testing and characterizing industry-leading DRAM memories, which are used in today’s most advanced graphic cards, game consoles, high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and ADAS.
To support our growing DRAM business in Munich we are looking for an implementation engineer for the following tasks:
You will interface with layout, product engineering and manufacturing teams in USA and Asia, and our Munich based spec development.
The candidate should hold a university master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science, with excellent grades.
A solid background is required in ASIC design timing closure flow and methodology. Have a good understanding of noise, OCV and IR drop effects. Knowledge in RTL coding, SKILL, Perl and TCL is advantageous.
Ideally, you could already gain experience with some of our tools:
Cadence Design Framework, ICCompiler2, Redhawk, Design Compiler, Formality and Primetime.
