oManage the client relationship during the implementation project oEnsure that the client solution is documented and understood by the client oEstablish the joint client steering committee oDevelop the client engagement charter and use the client communication dashboard (i.e. Client’s global project status template used for all project that includes high level milestones, RAG status, key escalations and decisions needed) for ongoing communications (project status) oEnsure that the client’s requirements are understood and the client solution is aligned with service catalog. oRecognize, document and integrate in the solution planning any solutions gap that would require specific product development to meet client requirements oExcellent communication, organizational, negotiation and problem solving skills oStrong understanding of financial products is required - equities, fixed income, derivative products and financial risk management techniques, portfolio management theory and performance attribution oExperience on products such as BarraOne, Risk Manager is required. If the candidate doesn’t have experience of implementing products, they must have experience on competitors’ products oKnowledge on Charles River is a big plus oThe candidate must be strong in Program management and must have experience of working with different stake holders, resolving conflicts, deciding priorities, etc. oAdvanced degree or certification in Business, Finance or Risk is beneficial
