You are responsible for

  • Manage existing and generate new sales revenue for Imaging Systems/radiology solution and services within East Indonesia area.

  • Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts.

  • Develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations at the appropriate organizational levels and disciplines, in order to maximizing the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long-term business goals of Philips Healthcare business line.

  • Understands customer (price) targets and competitive offering.

  • Develop good understanding of the customers (business model) and their and our applications to maximize business opportunities.

  • Develop, coordinate, implement and drive the account plan, including tailored value proposition.

  • Negotiate / generate agreement with the assigned accounts, coordinate and drive account, and Philips promotion.

  • Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts.

  • Lead the district account team and drives other disciplines such as Project Management, Operations and Customer Services.

  • Collaboration with channel partners where required.

  • Support the cluster / regional team to implement strategic sales / services solutions (e.g. Care Cycle, Philips Healthcare Solutions, strategic account management) at district level.

  • Ensure that completed quotations are based on a solution / configuration compliant to specifications validated by the Business, and it is properly reviewed by operations (Project Management) for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued.

  • Ensure any third-party product included in the solution and not part of the catalogue is properly validated for compatibility / compliance of specifications.

  • When required provide dedicated support to assigned accounts to ensure timely handover of the signed customer acceptance document and support collecting Accounts Receivable (AR).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree holder with more than 5-year experience in B2B sales.

  • Preferably, with proven track record in sales/account management/business development function in healthcare/medical device industry.

  • Excellent sales and long-term relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to build and nurture relationship with medical officers/doctors/other relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, engaging and open minded.

  • Responsible and proactive self-driver with strong integrity.

  • Ability to communicate in English.

  • Will be based in Surabaya

  • Willing travel for business as required.
