Position Summary

Responsible in sourcing & purchasing according to end-user’s requirements based on documented procedures.  

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Assist in Request for quotation.

2) Assist in creating purchase order, obtain approval and monitor / follow-up on delivery and ensure of compliances to company policy and procedures.

3) Assist in PO tracking and closure.

4) Adhere to work processes based on documented procedure.

5) High integrity and good working ethic.

6) Involve in discussion with stake holder.

7) Presentation of status and projects.

8) Weekly work status updates.

9) Supporting buyers to carry out task on time.

Qualification / Educations

Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or Science.
