Fujitsu are looking for an Information Security Manager to join our Security Operations team. In this role you are responsible for Security Assurance, Governance and Compliance management for a large customer of Fujitsu.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day operation and activities of the matrix team, onshore and offshore, including allocating and assigning client work within the team
  • Provide security advice, risk assessments and guidance to the MS Competency Teams, Fujitsu Corporate IT, and Service Delivery Managers to meet contracted client risk requirements
  • Maintain awareness of trends in the Information Security, including participation in industry forums
    Providing the first point of contact and escalation for the team members
  • Maintain strong capability to deal with complex challenges, matrix management and ambiguity/uncertainty
  • Delivery Lead supervision of the team to deliver IT Security Management principles within an ITIL-based operational framework
  • Develop Information Security Processes and draft Internal Controls, in consultation with the client and aligned to (or compliant with) applicable Standards
  • Ensure that the contracted reporting requirements are met by the team, including delivering technical content to other parties within the agreed timeframes
  • Report monthly on security incidents that the Supplier is aware of and remediation activities undertaken during the period. Advise the client on changes in security technology and any major vulnerabilities presenting a risk to the environment
  • Leverage Fujitsu’s skilled security and delivery specialists to:
  • Deliver services that proactively mitigate the likelihood of a security incident impacting upon business operations, increase the overall security situational awareness and reduce the level of security risk
  • Detect, diagnose and understand the cause of a security incident and drive the appropriate incident response processes to contain, eradicate and recover from the incident and feed lessons learnt into the continuous improvement program to reduce the likelihood of similar incidents occurring again in the future.
  • Ensure all contracted deliverables are delivered in a timely manner, and that all SLAs are met
  • Supervise documentation and artefacts as required to meet contracted compliance
  • Ensure all ITIL process related tasks are completed by the team, including Change Management and Incident Handling
What We Value?
Experience/Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in developing and operating Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) which are compliant with industry standards, including ISM, PSPF, ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in security incident management, security management liaison and security risk reviews.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in Security and governance management
  • 5 + years’ experience leading teams of technical / specialist resources in the delivery of security projects and/or delivery of managed security services
  • Experience with PCI standards and controls is highly regarded
  • Understanding of the principles of network security technologies, and specific experience with the management of enterprise-class security products
  • Understanding of vulnerability assessment products (eg, Qualys, Nessus)
  • Understanding of SOC technologies and processes, including SIEM (eg. Splunk)
  • Good understanding of public and private cloud security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior management/board level, ad-hoc client reports, and preparation of bid collateral
