Advisian provides integrated strategy, management and technical consulting solutions to clients within the energy, infrastructure and resources sectors. Our Water Infrastructure team also provides concept through to detailed design expertise to the broader Worley business including Major Projects locally, regionally and globally.
Due to our success in securing long term work with Tier 1 clients we have exciting opportunities for Water Engineers to join our very successful Water Infrastructure Team. There are opportunities for engineers ranging from a few years’ experience up to Lead/Principal level. These are full-time roles, located in Perth WA.
Our Water Infrastructure Group designs conveyance, storage and treatment infrastructure for Mining, Municipal and Hydrocarbons clients and covers the full design spectrum from concept through to detailed design as well as construction and commissioning support.
In this role, the key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the growth of the Advisian Water Infrastructure business locally, regionally and globally from our base in Perth by working on a wide variety of projects and a range of tasks. The primary focus will be undertaking Water Infrastructure design but there is also opportunity to be involved in proposal and project management activities
Delivering high quality technical work with whilst taking responsibility for schedule and cost parameters within your responsibility.
Maintaining a collaborative approach including building and sustaining strong and diverse internal and external client relationships.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Proven background in Water Infrastructure Design in some or all of the following areas: Pipelines, Pumpstations, Hydraulic modelling, Transient analysis, Water and Wastewater Treatment.
Focus on working as a team both within Advisians structure and with the client to achieve project objectives.
A strong commitment to health, safety and the environment in all aspects of the role
2+ years of relevant experience in design of Water Infrastructure. We can accommodate a range of experience levels into our existing team
Preferential, but not requisite experience in project engineering/project management.
Demonstrable experience in the use analytical software to validate design assumptions.
Engineers Australia recognized degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
A strong and demonstrable focus on client management and client networks appropriate to your experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
