We are currently looking for an Exercise Physiologist/Injury Prevention and Wellness Support Officer to join our Site Services team at our Head Office in Osborne Park, WA. This is a full-time maximum-term position covering parental leave for 12 months.

Working closely with our Corporate Clients across WA, you will guide them on appropriate services for their workforce, manage these clients from end to end including writing proposals, coordinate and deliver services, as well as administrative duties such as reporting and billing.  

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivery of onsite health and wellness services, which may include but not limited to:
    • Health assessments
    • Supervise, plan, implement and evaluate health and exercise programs
    • Ergonomic assessments
    • Job role profiling
    • Educational seminars
    • Medical Screening (Audiometry, Spirometry, ECG, Drug and Alcohol – training will be provided by Sonic HealthPlus)
    • COVID screening, including completing medical questionnaires, taking temperatures and conducting testing which may include swabbing (nose/throat) and/or blood-prick testing (training will be provided by Sonic HealthPlus)
  • Office administration including:
    • Scheduling
    • Managing stock
    • Ordering supplies
    • Preparing paperwork
    • Processing accounts
  • Professional development and operational improvements such as:
    • Supporting peers and promoting information sharing
    • Monitoring service delivery and making updates as needed
    • Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop/review Injury Management and Wellness related resources, such as health promotion materials, service instructions, training resources

This position will provide opportunity to learn and develop new skill, being part of our diverse Site Services Team, you will have the opportunity of working in a variety of locations across many industries and work environments.


As the successful candidate, you will be an experienced health professional with tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science or related disciplines together with the following:

  • Accreditation with ESSA (highly regarded)
  • Experience working in a variety of environments and locations, with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Current Senior First Aid qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing  
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to converse with individuals at different levels
  • Hold a valid Australian drivers licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Have the flexibility to travel to regional locations
  • National Police Clearance issued within the last 3 months
