What You’ll Do:


The Account Executive will provide support to the English/German/French Customers. Participate in providing the solution of their queries and upselling clients to new version of QuarkXPress. Someone who can be the best in the world at what we do and be passionate about customer support and willing to go above and beyond to offer an awesome experience for our brand. An efficient multi-tasker and will to take up challenges while working in a Dynamic environment and adept at identifying sales opportunities to meet targets.


Job Description:


  • Supporting and Upselling Worldwide Quark English/German/French customers via Chat, Emails or Phone.
  • Communicate all issues internally and externally with complete knowledge of managing Customer expectations.
  • Source Upsell sales opportunities through inbound chat and calls with a keen eye to identify the opportunity for upsell.
  • Ability to multitask while working with different tools and experience with Salesforce will be a big plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both German and English are mandatory. Strong communication skills over phone will define your success as it revolves around supporting technical queries of client and upselling the product.
  • Should have experience with Chat process in German language and ability to handle multiple chats at once.
  • Commitment to excel in Intensive work environment with high number of activities including Inbound/Outbound phone calls , Personalized emails and Live chat support.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas by creating pipeline and demonstrating effective follow up on pipeline.
  • Agile and Smart worker proficient in handling support queries /issues while ensuring First Time Resolution is achieved.
  • Follow-up with customers within a 24-hour period through email and calls as requested with regards to the initial phone, email or chat.
  • Knowledge of Quark products and various new updates for related software required through Certification modules of LMS.
  • Recognize and determine trends in problem occurrence or workflow to weed them out completely.


What we’re looking for:


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent and at least 1-5 years of experience in outbound call center, Chat process ,inside sales experience, or related sales experience.
  • Energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor.
  • Unwavering commitment to personal performance, and a history of over-achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Strong phone presence with ability to converse proficiently in both German and English language.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM including sales forecasting for your territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple all buyer personas.
  • A logical and methodical sales process.
  • Intellectual curiosity; someone who strives to understand everything about the market and the needs of our customers in order to provide a compelling solution.


Note: Good English/German/French communication skills and willing to work as per UK Shift Timings (European Shift)
