Sr. Inside Sales Executive, US Pharma/Life Science

Location : Vadodara, Gj, India, Department : Sales & Marketing

Type : Full Time Min. Experience : 5+ years

Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing business development manager meeting customer acquisitions and revenue growth target by keeping our organization competitive and innovative. Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those sales plans to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base in US and ensure it’s strong presence in US
  • Providing online demos of products/services and representing them to customer with effectiveness over the use of zoom, WebEx etc
  • Create email/phone lists of the potential targets by product/services/segment
  • Enroll potential targets in to webinars, 1:1 sales calls with KMK BU heads 
  • Help organize and invite to events/marketing campaigns etc.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Sales / Business Management / Pharmacy / Marketing would be ideal
  • Strong  work experience in US Industry in tele sales & business development role
  • Experience selling B2B health care, Pharma or Life Sciences based solutions in US regions

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge and experience  of having worked on Pharmaceutic commercial operations would be added advantage
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in US time zone
  • Quick learner and adaptive to challenging situations.
