We are an innovative, technology driven company that is transforming the wholesale automobile business. We are preparing for regional expansion in the U.S. It is critical that this candidate is friendly, has strong communication skills and very close to native English speaker. The candidate will be an Inside Sales Respresentative and will assist the outside sales representatives in the U.S. with a variety of account management tasks to help the outside sales representatives meet their sales targets and maximize the amount of time they have to meet customers face-to-face. The responsibilities of the inside sales candidate include handling incoming calls from customers that need sales assistance, and regularly communicating with current and potential customers on a variety of sales tasks and initiatives. Communication is via phone, email and text. All customer interactions are recorded in the CRM system. We provide plenty of training and we are looking for candidates that are intelligent, motivated, have strong English communication skills (close to native English speaker), and who can establish good relationships and support our existing customer base. The candidtate will spend about 30% of the time talking on the phone with customers and the U.S. sales team, 40% communicating via email and text, and 30% doing various customer management tasks. To match the working schedule of the U.S. team, the candidate will need to work 12 A.M. to 9 A.M Monday through Friday and follow the U.S. holiday schedule, while still receiving compensation for Philippine holidays. The candidate should have a university or college degree and a minimum 5 years of work experience. Experience in a call center or BPO company is preferable, but not a strict requirement. Salary ranges from PHP40,000 to PHP52,000 plus monthly commissions.
