Due to our continued business growth, Cascadia Metals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our always expanding team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Mississauga, Ontario branch.

Who We're Looking for?

We are looking for a driven team member, who shares our passion for pairing quality products with a great customer experience every step of the way. The right attitude towards and in working with your fellow colleagues as well as dealing with our valued customers is paramount to your success in this role.

Skills:

  • Good instincts for sales and building relationships with customers
  • Driven and results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle customer service including receiving and accurately processing orders
  • Answering questions and following up with customers
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints
  • Assisting in developing project bids
  • Creating and maintaining customer records
  • Developing new and existing relationships with clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A Post-Secondary degree is preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales experience
  • Previous steel related experience is preferred but not mandatory
