Job Description

1. To achieve the set targets by the business through account management. To develop, manage, and engage the assigned resellers via Outbound Calls, emails and other means of communications provided in order to ensure that they achieve the set target. It is the responsibility of the ISR to coordinate and discuss with all stakeholders (e.g., distributor, CTS, LTS, channel manager, and OSR) the requirements of the resellers and to ensure its closure and/or completion.
2. To educate and to push current and new products to resellers.
3. To communicate the sales programs to resellers.
4. To manage and update the central Channel Run Rate database.
5. To prepare and generate reports and analysis.
6. To regularly communicate and update the Channel Run Rate team.
7. To familiarize oneself and abide by the team’s policies and procedures.
8. Other assigned tasks and activities by the immediate superior.
Background / Experience Required:
1. Qualification & Experience -University or College Degree -Computer literacy -Minimum 2-5 years experience within Reseller account management or sales management preferably with a Distribution or Reseller organization experience. Good technological Aptitude or engineering background will be a plus.
2. Human Competences -Excellent interpersonal skills both towards customers and internally -Creative, innovative, analytical and possessing a strong commitment to excellence
3. Business Competences -Understand Vertiv's objectives, customer requirements, products, services, operations and processes. -Excellent spoken and written skills in English
4. Professional & Technical Competences -A broad and deep knowledge of IT/Infrastructure products - Preference- Proficient in sales skills, CRM Knowledge.
