Dental Monitoring looking for a competitive Inside Sales hunter based in our Australia office. The successful hunter will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve new business quotas and help qualify leads for outside sales representatives. Dental Monitoring is bringing to market a revolutionary concept in managing orthodontic patient treatment.  Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation. Successful candidates must understand "conceptual selling" vs. traditional features & benefits selling as there is no traditional competition.  End users must buy into the vision, not just the product. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Qualify new leads provided by marketing, Account Executives, and event teams
  • Hunt new business with outbound call efforts using various customer sales methods (cold calling)
  • Ensure robust lead follow up and nurture through multiple touch points on various media (calls, WhatsApp, text, email, etc.)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Maintain relationships with high potential leads until they become customers 
  • Conduct online sales demonstrations for full product portfolio and train low potential customers
  • Meet personal and team sales targets, and KPIs
  • Attend meeting and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Attend both in field and virtual events, where required
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate activity records on relevant CRM systems
  • Contribute towards DM’s marketing efforts by maintaining up to date ‘Personal DM’ Social Media accounts
  • Record educational, training, and promotional videos where required
  • Be a strong DM ambassador at all times


  • BS/BA (Business or Advertising preferred)
  • At least 3 years of previous sales success, highly preferred in orthodontics and/or dental industries
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Resilient with a proven track record over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency – web-based presentations
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Must have positive attitude and proactive capabilities
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • Team player
