Job Description

Digital Insight Analyst required to join our Digital Intelligence division, you will be responsible for analysing online website & app behaviour in order to provide rich, meaningful insight to our clients. You will work closely with our content, strategy and user experience teams to identify online business objectives and how these should be measured. This might mean analysing existing research, finding supporting data or performing competitive analysis to help clients refine and optimise their digital channels.


Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating client reporting needs and identifying appropriate data collection method
  • Performing ad-hoc data analysis using tools such as Excel, R and SPS
  • Reviewing customer journeys using session replay tools
  • Building dashboards and data visualisations
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
  • Developing A/B test hypothesis based on data findings
  • Documenting best practice data analysis methods and processes

The techy bit….we need you to be really great at:

  • Intermediate knowledge of statistics tools such as R or SPSS
  • Previous practical experience working with large datasets
  • Numerically adept in using Microsoft Excel; creating complex formulae and graphs
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint


If you know some of this even better!

Knowledge of JavaScript coding

Knowledge of tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager

Knowledge of SQL or similar

Experience working with A/B testing or session replay tools
