Why this role?

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Supervisor working in our Cebu office supporting multiple sites. The role will report directly to the Delivery Operations Manager and dotted line to Project Managers located in our Cebu Office. You will work within a customer orientated and highly motivated team which focuses on providing timely installation of units to a diverse client base for the New Elevator Business.

What will you be doing?

•Responsible and Accountable for the timely delivery of the installation projects in various sites
•Responsible in strictly implementation of Safety at all times
•Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to subcontractors and Non KONE factory material suppliers
•Responsible towards the customer management during installation regarding site management, responsible for internal and external communication during the project

•Accountable for final testing of the equipment and handover to maintenance

Are you the one?

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and create a positive experience
•Proven track record of leading and supervising site/field people and sub-contractors
•Computer literacy and competent in MS Office
•Driven and Result oriented individual
•High emotional intelligence

•Currently based in Cebu
