Responsibilities and Duties
• To develop the training plan for ESET's Partners and Distributors, mostly in collaboration with the Sales, Education and Support Areas.
• To create and monitor the schedule for creating courses and certifications.
• To coordinate the tasks related to the preparation of training content, together with the members of the specific Area that requests it, as well as thematic experts from other Areas.
• To supervise the translation and publication schedule of the training courses for Brazil.
• To assist in the preparation and publication of training content for Brazil.
• To analyze the training needs of Distributors and Partners, and translate them into topics to be addressed.
• To select training contents according to the particular needs of the Company and the dissemination of specific pieces of information.
• To conduct satisfaction surveys for each course taken by Distributors and Partners as part of their career plan.
• To analyze the satisfaction surveys and define corrective actions based on the results obtained.
• To select the best training format based on the content, topic, priorities and available time.
• To design the courses and certifications to be taught, according to the recipients.
• To design the evaluations for each course.
• To answer questions or queries regarding the content of the courses.
• To operate the ESET Latin America Education platform.
• To comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.
• To integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.
Requirements
Education
• Complete university studies in Education, Human Resources, Communication, Audiovisual Design, among others.
Experience
• 5 or more years working experience in Job Training, Instructional Design or similar positions.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of design programs and/or design of e-learning training content: Articulate Story-Line (preferred).
• Knowledge of educational design and job training.
• Knowledge of audiovisual content.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms.
• Use of Office Package.
• Use of design software tools for e-learning content: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Use of image and/or video editing software.
• Use of educational platforms.
Languages
