Job Description Summary
The Department of Hospitality Management at Onondaga Community College is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals to teach course
FSA 219: Cake Decorating.
This is a 1 credit course that runs once per week for four weeks.
Major Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
AAS in Hospitality Management or Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts and/or Baking and Pastries from recognized Culinary College.
and 18 college level credits in Hospitality Management courses.
5 years work experience as a pastry chef or cake decorator
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching at the college level.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ability to encourage student success is essential to teaching at Onondaga Community College.

Unofficial transcripts from highest degree earned must be attached to application. Official transcripts must be submitted at time of hire.
Spring 2019 hire.
