Position Overview:

As a Product Integration Engineer, you will be a member of the Products & Solutions Team, dedicated to supporting Accedo’s product delivery for high-profile customers. You will be working with our customers to help them easily create, design, and distribute video streaming applications across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be directly working with customers in their efforts to conceptualize and build video streaming applications, ensuring that their viewers have the best possible user experience on their device. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and innovate on solutions to solve our customer’s most complex technical challenges, and you will act as the technical voice for the customer in setting up and maintaining end-to-end solutions.

This role has the unique opportunity to gain an excellent understanding and first-hand experience in exciting industries, including the media & entertainment industry and the overall smartphone and connected devices industry. You’ll gain experience in understanding cloud-based product strategies and technical architecture and you’ll have hands-on experience working with some of the most well-known media brands. You will work with diverse and multidisciplinary teams to craft a unique and effective solution for the customer, including day-to-day interactions with the UX/Design team, Product Management and Engineering teams.

This role has numerous challenges and exciting opportunities to tackle. On a tactical level, you will be required to interface directly with the customer and gather technical requirements, set up and configure environments and applications for the customer throughout the project lifecycle, integrate third-party services to perform critical functions (e.g. authentication systems, checking user entitlements, reporting user behavioral analytics, integrating video-based advertisements, etc.), and support in the distribution and certification of the applications to go live and into the marketplace. Along with the Products & Solutions Team, you will be responsible for supporting high-visibility projects from kick-off to in-market launch to post-launch support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, understanding and translating a customer’s digital app business requirements into technical specifications for multiple platforms based on system capabilities, industry trends and best practices.

  • Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and document key outcomes.

  • Analyze requirements and translate them to User-stories/Use Cases for configuration, development and QA teams.

  • Work closely with Project Management and Engineering teams to verify and detail project scope, statement of work, change requests, etc.

  • Work closely with the Products & Solutions Team to configure the required applications according to the defined technical specifications per platform.

  • Work closely with the Products & Solutions Team to suggest, estimate and verify the future Roadmap of the products to match
