We are looking for a proactive e highly analytical Data Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Retention squad and the Data & CX Chapter. You will be responsible for identifying key questions and delivering high-quality analysis to support software developers, CRM and creative teams.

What you’ll do:

    • Be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and responsible for thinking big with the opportunity. Set directions and continuously deliver high-quality analysis and Customer Retention plans.
    • Identify key questions with business acumen and deep dive under customer retention triggers and patterns to support software developers, CRM and creative teams build sharp solutions across the company.
    • Provide actionable insights through predictive models from both online and offline behaviors, such as churn, purchase and unsubscription.
    • Help build a growth optimization model and retention simulations.
    • Own the reporting and data visualization frameworks for Customer Retention.
    • Consider 3rd party data sources to maximize insights and strategies in a true omnichannel company, deploying quick experiments for +17 physical stores, website and native apps (Android and iOS) environments.
    • Develop clever segmentations to enrich client profiles with advanced analysis.
    • Master navigation and messaging data to guide strategies in terms of offers, content and channels.

What your qualifications are:

    • 2+ years of experience with analytics and customer intelligence research;
    • Education in a highly quantitative field: Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science;
    • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling;
    • Great vision and practice working with dashboards and presentations, translating quantitative data into actionable recommendations (Snowflake / Looker / Tableau / Amplitude / Google Analytics);
    • Experience with SQL, Python/R and manipulating data-sets;
    • Understanding about digital marketing and automation techniques;
    • Clear and effective communication (written and verbal) to cross-functional partners of varying technical levels;
    • Level of English: Advanced/Fluent.
