Overview of job
MediaCom is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Design Intern to join us. In this role, you will be responsible to support the marketing team on the day-to-day activities for the various brand portfolios.

This role requires an individual that is hyper-organized, team driven, with superior multi-tasking skills. It also requires familiarity with the Adobe Design Software as well as strong video editing and PowerPoint skills. This is a high profile role in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment within a company poised for tremendous growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with local markets and assist in production of high quality case study and award videos
  • Manage the regional swag inventory and distribution
  • Ensure marketing collateral coordination and brand consistency, to assist in reformatting to brand guide when needed
  • Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals such as banners and infographics
  • Assist with the migration and update for the internal Brand Folder site
  • Assist in event marketing initiatives in the region and respective markets

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment; strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Technical Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design programs. A portfolio is required to be presented to showcase best works
  • Experience in video editing, storyboarding, motion graphics and the use of Adobe Premiere Pro/ After Effects would be a major bonus
