Who the Company is?

One of Adelaide’s leading Electrical Wholesalers is seeking an enthusiastic, self- motivated Internal Sales Person to join its team.

Situated in the Southern areas of South Australia, this business is part of an established suite of brands. 

What you will be doing and will be responsible for:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a great opportunity for an experienced sales person to continue their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Sales
  • Providing expert Product Knowledge
  • Stock control to ensure goods are received and placed in stock on the same day
  • Inventory control & upkeep of all plant/equipment
  • Record customer information & compile orders accurately for collection/delivery
  • Administration and paperwork
  • Maintain showroom warehouse
  • Merchandising
  • Complying and adhering to Quality Systems
  • Following all WH&S requirements

‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’.

  • Prior background experience in a sales and service environment preferably in a showroom environment
  • Passion for and strength in sales and service
  • Excellent merchandising standards
  • Professional phone manner
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Team player and collaborative style
  • Confidence and ability to cold call and follow up sales calls and enquiries

Experience working in an Electrical Wholesale/Industry environment viewed with preference.

The person who is looking for a career not just a job and has the distinct ability to continuously achieve in an Internal Sales role will be strongly considered.
