International eCommerce Lead

The Opportunity

As our International eCommerce Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Forever New international websites. You will be responsible for driving sales and profitability of the three websites, lead trade decision, commercial messaging and constantly improve the online customer experience, while successfully implementing promotional and trade activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse performance to identify opportunities, trends and insights to support trade decision making
  • Provide insights and guidance to the team in weekly trade planning for marketing activity
  • Review all trade and commercial messaging for Email Marketing, as well as ensuring the user journey is seamless
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive promotion, social activities and plan strategies
  • Analyse and optimise the end-to-end website consumer experience partnering with our international provider eShop World
  • Develop strategy for UK and Europe marketing emails working with insights from cross border partner
  • Track and monitor daily trade performance of international site and operations (shipping & returns status) using Google Analytics and the eShop World platform
  • Oversee weekly content plan for the Homepage and web to ensure they align with trade objectives
  • Oversee weekly product uploads and ensure the critical path is met to support trade
  • Ensure tone and messaging across sites and marketing is in line with brand guidelines
  • Create merchandise strategies per region to maximize sales performance
  • Manage Livechat messaging and communication for CA and INTL websites
  • Monitor site performance daily and partner with IT to trouble shoot issues, escalate and resolve issues as they arise
  • Test all promotional offers to ensure promotions work correctly
  • Ensure proper tracking is in place for all campaigns, promotions and A/B tests
  • Maintain content and category pages
  • Manage and develop an eCommerce Coordinator

Key Experience

  • Degree in Fashion Marketing/Business/Commerce or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience working in eCommerce
  • Proven experience with Google analytics
  • Magento 2 exposure preferable
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Work positively and effectively as part of a team or autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task and plan time and workflow effectively
  • Shows initiative with new ideas and opportunities
  • Strong communication with good interpersonal skills
