International Sales Director - Manufacturing

Job Description

Our client is one of the leading innovative manufuring company and listed in Hong Kong.

  • To develop market entry strategies and business plans for HK, China, Middle East, India, Europe, South East Asia with first priority
  • To provide market intelligence across Asia-Pacific, with priority Greater China (PRC) and to identify business opportunities
  • To review and improve distribution channel strategies, enabling the company to increase market share, differentiate the company and increase profitability
  • To deliver high quality presentations, updates and proposals to the Executive Management Committee
  • To negotiate and close business deals; maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and report this to key staff; build and maintain relationships with key business partners and agents

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with at least 20 years relevant experience in which a minimum of 10 years at managerial level
  • Successful track record in sales environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key account management
  • Financial and operational competencies
  • Strategic ability and perspective
  • Good understanding of China local culture
  • Able to drive and lead change within the organisation and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Strong process management orientation
  • Willing to travel and work in China
