Miinto is going through an aggressive and exciting expansion plan in Europe by opening several new markets and we are looking for a well-connected and creative International Sales Manager to play a key role in Miinto’s next level of growth.
As our new International Sales Manager, you will join a great global team of motivated people and be responsible for fast scaling our marketplace concept across 10+ markets by establishing global partnerships with influential clients, such as large department stores and the most prominent multibrand stores. We are a dynamic and young company with more than 200 employees, passionately working to connect all fashion boutiques and brands in Europe on our platform, and we expect to triple our business over the next 3 years. You will become part of an international, diverse team of consisting of 18 ambitious and dedicated subject matter experts to inspire and support you. The bar to join Miinto is high, we work hard, but we also take time to celebrate our successes, have fun and build relationships via frequent social activities.
What you’ll do
- Sales: Identify new business opportunities and build long lasting partnerships with globally renowned department and multibrand stores across markets such as Germany, France, Italy and UK
- Ownership and relationships: Independently establish and bring your own sales pipeline of contacts. Identify and use the right sales channels. Approach the right stakeholders and present the best individual product solution for them. You will negotiate the agreement and finalise the signing
- Business Development: Understand your partners’ needs and help to improve the Miinto platform through your reflected feedback and guidance. Consult with our partners and look for opportunities to support our collaboration into further growth
- Cooperation: Partner with various teams across sales, marketing, business intelligence, category management, and the management team to deliver customised solutions to partners
- Responsibility: Ensure all Miinto’s sales initiatives and actions are aligned with Miinto’s global mission, strategic objectives and values
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record managing global accounts and developing new business within premium or luxury fashion industry
- An infectious enthusiasm for sales and hungry for success
- Capable of building new key relationships and utilising your existing network of contacts within the world’s most recognised department and multibrand stores on global basis
- A true team player who sets an example for the rest of the sales team
- Capable of traveling around Europe when required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills should be natural for you. You are fluent in English
