• You are fluent in English (TME business language)
• You have a computer literacy in Autocad, Excel and preferably Sharepoint
• You are completing a Bachelor/Master in (Applied) Architecture / Architectural Engineering or a Bachelor/Master in Facility Management.

Mission - Provide and maintain a safe, qualitative and sustainable work environment for all European Toyota Part Distribution Centres.
This includes the premises and facilities, but also all operational equipment like racks, material handling equipment and other smaller and larger operational equipment and installations.

Toyota Parts Centre Europe is continuously optimising its facilities.
Your project will be to support the responsible team in:
• Realising the CAPEX plan, in particular, but not limited to the renovation project of the sanitary installations and locker rooms
o Mapping the current condition
o Define the What Does Good Look Like
o Draft design and cost estimates
o Detailed design and tender file
o Supplier selection
o Project management of the execution works
• Digitalising the physical inventory and layouts
o Inventorising available layouts
o Developing standard drawing templates
o Drafting one digital master drawing of the site with various layers for technical installations, based on existing layouts and control measurements
o Building a physical inventory database using room numbering and including various room data (floor surface, wall surface, fit-out materials, etc.)
• Implementation of a facility management software package
o Mapping of the high level and detailed user requirements
o Mapping of available off-the-shelf packages and evaluation versus user requirements
o Supplier selection
o Project management of the implementation
Place of employment: Toyota Parts Centre Europe is based in Diest, Belgium. If your project would require you to do so, you may have to travel occasionally to one of our European sites to go and see the ideal condition.
