Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Specialist, who will work with our National Supply Chain Team to coordinate and execute all sales activity for Western Canada. This role will have accountability for flawless execution of all promotional launches and responsibility for set up and coordination within our distribution network and Provincial Liquor boards.

What You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Responsible for all promo activation at BDL warehouses and Provincial Liquor boards
  • Manages all item set up’s within our distribution network’s order desk
  • SPA for all West Projects, lead collaboration with Projects team.
  • Coordinate with BDL to ensure proper transition and launch dates are met.
  • Monitor inventories to ensure alignment with forecast / sales activation dates
  • Identify and mitigate any dump risks.
  • Coordinates with BDL on Inventory reconciliation
  • Provide support to West Commercial team for all Supply chain related activity

If You Have The Following…We Want To Hear From You!

  • Bachelor in Business degree from an accredited institution
  • Five years directly related experience in Supply chain / Project Management
  • Experience in SAP is an asset
  • Strong ability to communicate clear and concise instructions in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check
