Missions principales :
The Corporate Investment team at Klépierre is a six-member team that oversees transactions of the group across all geographies and periodic asset valuations. As a member of the team, based in the Paris HQ, you will be involved in:
- Carrying out asset / company valuations with investment and/or divestment perspectives:
- Collection and analysis of market data
- Defining the sales pitch
- Assessment of the asset’s liquidity / target investor group
- Identification and handling the real estate, commercial, rental and financial issues of the asset
- Contribution to the marketing of the assets to be divested.
- Asset valuation and negotiation: target price, reserve price, benchmark. With the support of the Investment Director, you negotiate transactions: scope, pricing, other conditions, etc...
- You are responsible of the collection of the information necessary for the implementation of transactions from the other Group’s management teams.
- Preparation of investment committee memos for discussions with the investment Committee.
- You are responsible for the constitution and/or management of the Data Room (with various internal and external advisors).
- Involvement in the negotiation of sales agreements and follow up of the Due-Diligences.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements:
You have graduated from a business/engineering school and have 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry that allowed you to develop multidisciplinary expertise in asset management and in real estate transactions.
You have solid analytical skills.
Knowledge and technical competencies :
- Financial knowledge.
- You have advanced technical, quantitative and project management skills.
- You speak fluent English.
- Very good mastery of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft skills :
- You are a team player and excellent communicator.
- You are able to multi-task with close attention to detail.
- You are hands-on and have a sense of ownership.
- You are a good listener and have a strong ability to persuade.
- You have a taste for networking.
