Tech Lead - IT Engineer (m/f)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The Allianz France Local Data Center & Cloud Services Department is dedicated for Allianz France customer.
It has to delivers end-to-end infrastructure services.
In partnership with Allianz Technology SE and local partners, the team is responsible for maintaining all infrastructure services in operational condition, from monitoring to engineering. The team ensures operations cost controls. The team is based in Franklin tower in Paris La Défense.
The Teach Lead’s objective and role is to work with and support the Cloud projects to run; to create and implement KPIs, quality assurance and monitoring processes. This person will also be responsible of the local operations and cloud services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Lead for the operation in the cloud, infrastructure and datacenter services working closely with IT architect and IT operational/experts

Monitors the IT market and technological trends in the specific area, recommends future technology direction and emerging technologies that will enhance Allianz Technology's operating efficiency and support enhanced customer service

Designs, implements and oversees the IT infrastructure hardware and software components in compliance with the architecture roadmap and based on feasibility checks

Maintains and optimizes the relevant system, ensures performance and availability and provides release- and patch management

Executes incident-, problem-and change management for the relevant systems

Ensures compliance and quality of the respective specifications and guidelines of the company and legislation (e.g. security, service definitions)

Possibility to work in an international level in the same technical area

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences:

Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education

Senior IT Engineer with 8 years of experience in large companies (international environment)

Relevant work experience in system engineering in the area of responsibility (Linux/Unix/Windows & Citrix)

ITIL Foundations V3 Certification & Cloud required

Good leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Detail oriented and diligent

Entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership

Process management training and / or certification desirable, on higher prof. levels required
