The Role: IT Project Manager / Digital Enablement Lead
The Location: Hong Kong
What you will be working on:
+ To lead a newly setup business process project, both backend and frontend.
+ Design, develop, and enhance innovative platform applications
+ Participate in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
+ Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP
+ Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from project initialization stage on application development, testing to product delivery
+ Support technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, bid responses, proof-of-concept work, demo building and the coordination of supporting technical resources
+ Collaborate with vendor and internal teams to deliver satisfactory services with high efficiency
+ Conduct feasibility studies according to the user requirement. Study, employ and integrate any useful tool for the application development
+ Work with internal stakeholders to manage project costs, resources arrangement, payment & project milestones, project status report preparation, etc.
+ Design risk mitigation plan
+ Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects
You are someone with:
+ Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
+ At least 5 years of relevant experience in Consultancy, System Integrators, or software product vendor related to Real Estate Industry
+ Experience in handling IT projects with internal teams and external vendors or partners
+ Experience on data collection compliance to local privacy law
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issue that occurs during project development and execution, with excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
+ Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
+ Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
+ Knowledge of web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, J-Query, etc. is an advantage.
+ Knowledge of programming language like Objective-C, Swift, Java, .Net, C#, Spring MVC, PHP is an advantage
+ Database experience in MySQL, MS SQL is an advantage
