Goodstart is looking for an ICT Project Manager to deliver projects and initiatives for our wider business. This role will work closely with key business stakeholders, to understand and obtain business requirements – ensuring a smooth and successful delivery of work.
We are offering a full-time permanent position working from our Head Office in Murarrie.
About the Role:
Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ICT projects including initiation, planning, leading, organising and motivating project teams
Adopt a bimodal approach to software development, using both waterfall and agile methodologies as required
Ensure project and program management processes and systems are efficient and effective whilst aligned to business needs
Manage interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget
Work collaboratively with the Business PM (where applicable) to identify risks, issues, escalations and maintain all project registers
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to influence and achieve consensus when faced with multiple technical views and complex issues
Provide support to Project Sponsors ensuring that visibility is provided regularly
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement to successfully deliver on agreed business outcomes
Manage and report on project status and costs/spending, including actuals vs estimates
Ensure business requirements are clearly defined and that solutions designed and developed meet those business requirements
Understand the interconnections between projects and identify potential areas of overlap or conflict
Evaluate solutions, problems and tasks through the application of reasoning, thinking both logically and creatively, whilst following established procedures with the commitment to see the problem through to resolution or escalation

Industry certification in Project Management e.g. MSP, Prince 2, PMBOK
Minimum 8 years hands on experience managing complex projects across multiple disciplines, technologies and business processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and work effectively under pressure
Proven commitment to developing staff capability and proactively fostering a positive culture aligned to the corporate values of respect and excellence
Represent and support a team environment with a culture of willingness to share knowledge and learnings from others
Business Analysis experience in the design and rollout of business solutions within complex business environments
