Within the Infrastructure department, you are evolving in a rich worldwide technical company where IT is  at the heart of our business. YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Support and trainsers to the main software of the company
  • Management and resolution of user incidents
  • Process and follow-up new user requests
  • Process or trigger the corresponding support actions
  • Install, configure and manage workstations.
  • Administration of the main office automation tools of the company (G Suite, Eset, GLPI, Backup, Master workstation...)
  • Management of Onboarding / Offboarding processes
  • Management IT equipment (Inventory, Orders, Contracts, after-sales service, ...)
  • Management of suppliers and associated contracts
  • Configure the workstation to the user's needs and perform functional tests

YOUR PROFILE :

  • At least 3 years experience as a Support Technician
  • Knowledge of the different workstation operating systems: Windows 10, Mac, Linux
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Active Directory,
  • Knowledge of Google environments: GCP, Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, level 3 routing knowledge
  • Very good level of English (read / spoken / written)
  • Very good interpersonal skills, a sense of service, a spirit of analysis and synthesis, autonomy, versatility, dynamism and you have the ability to generate trust in our business.

  1. HR Telephone Interview
  2. First interview with the head of infrastructure
  3. Second interview with team members
